Shipping Dates
Orders placed by users before 1 pm PST Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day (within 24 hours at the latest). Orders placed on weekends or legal holidays usually ship the next business day.
Please understand that once an order has been placed, we will not be able to change any part of the order, whether it be the item, quantity, size, color, shipping method, etc. We will not be able to change any part of the order once it has been placed.
Free Shipping
There is no minimum purchase when shopping at zenithout. Any order placed within the continental United States will be shipped free of charge to you for the list price of the item.
We are currently unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Time
Order processing time (within 24 hours) + shipping time (2-7 business days) = 2-8 business days
Logistics Tracking
zenithout will ship the order within 24 hours of receiving the order, the tracking number will be displayed within 24 hours of shipment, and the user will be able to get the logistic information after 2 business days of placing the order.
Our customer service will also track the logistics information of the user’s order in real time and send the logistics information to the email address left by the user when making the payment.
